Rabigh Refining and Petro Chemical
Company (Petro
Rabigh) has announced the results of its Board of Directors meeting
held in Tokyo, Japan on May, 18 2009. The directors went over the agenda of the
meeting and discussed major items related to the company. The following changes
to the officers of the Company were approved:
1) Mr. Toshiki Matsumura will resign as petro Rabigh CFO on June, 09 2009 and will
continue as member of the Board of directors in Petro Rabigh Company.
2) Mr Noriaki Takeshita, formerly the Vice President of Marketing, was appointed
as the new CFO effective June, 09 2009.
3) Mr. Akira Yonemura was appointed as VP, Marketing effective June, 09 2009.
The meeting was attended by all Petro Rabigh board members and adjourned at 17:35
